A Great Company to work for. You are an employee not a Independent Contractor. You get to set your own schedule and they automatically take taxes out of your pay. Most lines you get paid so much per talk time and you are guaranteed minimum wage. I Highly Recommend this company!

This company pays twice a month. They do offer Direct Deposit. :-) You must have a land line, headset, and DSL.
*Apply online. There is an email validation, voice test and suitability test done at this point.
*Receive email informing of application being reviewed. Download contractor form to continue application process. Sign your independent contract forms online and submit your $50 for your Background Check
*Receive an email informing of paperwork being reviewed. Agent account is set up and once status is approved you can begin certification.
*Start certification. There are 5 testing modules that revolve around system navigation, procedures and scheduling. (modules may very according to what line you will be working)
*Once testing is complete, you will be contacted by email by your supervisor (usually within 48 hours) advising of phone line check and arranging for you to start taking calls.
*Download appropriate scripts for back-up and work through product quizzes. These product quizzes are recommended for script familiarity and to help improve your priority with the product.
